Originally from Nice, France, Christophe Moser is a hospitality veteran with over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in both Florida and New York City. Before the debut of his first restaurant, Neeloo, he held front-of-house positions at Aielli Restaurant Group in Naples, Florida; Thomas Keller’s esteemed three Michelin star restaurant Per Se in New York City; and as the Director of Operations for the Saraghina Hospitality Group in Brooklyn.
Opening Neeloo is a dream come true for Moser who will be operating the restaurant alongside his family, including his son, Sean, who is the restaurant’s Sous Chef; wife, Gaëlle, and daughter, Isabella, both of whom will be joining the team in front-of-house roles in the near future. Moser has nurtured and developed his service expertise throughout the prestigious positions in his career. It's this very industry knowledge that he brings to Neeloo, combining it with a warm, hospitable and genuine experience for guests to enjoy.
