Sean Moser joins his father, Christophe, for the debut of their family-owned-and-run restaurant, Neeloo. He steps into the role of Sous Chef after honing his expertise most recently in the kitchen at Gramercy Tavern following stints at Zou Zou’s, Olmsted, Peasant, and Saraghina Caffè. It was also at Olmsted where Sean and Kevin connected, ultimately leading to their new partnership in the kitchen at Neeloo. While he always felt destined for a culinary career, influenced early on in his life from his family’s background in the restaurant industry, it wasn’t until landing in New York City that Sean was truly able to sink his teeth into some of the best kitchens in the city and country to refine his skills. With this experience behind him, he instills his French heritage into the menu at Neeloo, which sees a combination of New American cuisine with a contemporary take on Mediterranean fare.
